Section 01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bu999 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the user", "the player") who accesses or uses the bu999 website, mobile experience, or any associated services. By completing the registration process or by otherwise using any part of the bu999 platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

bu999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date and, where practicable, notify registered players via email. Your continued use of bu999 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. Any translation provided for convenience does not create a separate binding agreement — the English version prevails in all cases of dispute or ambiguity.

Section 02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and use a bu999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bu999 strictly enforces an 18+ policy across all services including casino games, sports betting, and live dealer tables.
• You must be accessing bu999 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individuals of your age and status.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether imposed by bu999 or any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bu999 or any of its affiliated entities.

Age Verification (KYC)

bu999 is legally and ethically obligated to verify the age and identity of all registered players. Upon registration, or at any point when a withdrawal request is made, you may be required to submit identity documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by bu999 will result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

bu999 employs automated and manual age-verification checks. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonus amounts credited to the account. bu999 accepts no liability for underage access where false information was provided during registration.

Section 03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bu999. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. You must keep this information up to date throughout the life of your account. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bu999 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bu999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, notify us immediately at [email protected].

One Account Per Household

Where multiple users share the same residential address, IP address, or device, bu999 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to one account per household at its sole discretion. This policy exists to prevent abuse of promotional offers and does not restrict normal gameplay for legitimate individual players.

• Do not share your account with family members, friends, or colleagues.
• Do not allow others to deposit or withdraw on your behalf.
• Do not use VPNs, proxies, or anonymising tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account policies.
• Do not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your bu999 account to any other person.

Section 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bu999 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your bu999 account within minutes of a successful transaction. bu999 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bu999 accepts no responsibility. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. For mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad, processing typically completes within 15 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, your identity must be fully verified in accordance with our KYC policy (see Section 2). Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to additional verification at bu999's discretion, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Funds must originate from genuine gameplay. Deposits made without any wagering activity may be subject to a processing fee.
• Any active bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be settled before a withdrawal request is approved.
• bu999 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse investigation.
• bu999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or force majeure events.

Section 05 Bonus & Promotions

bu999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season.

General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the offer is made. These include, at minimum, the wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x), the eligible games or markets, the bonus expiry period, the minimum qualifying deposit, and the maximum bet size permitted while a bonus is active. Players are advised to read individual promotion terms before opting in.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is ৳500 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this amount during an active bonus may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games and sports betting markets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one promotional offer may be active on a single account at any given time.

Bonus Abuse

bu999 uses automated monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus funds, and coordinated play between linked accounts. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, bu999 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

Section 06 User Obligations

By using bu999, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and must be observed throughout the life of your account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bu999 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to deposit funds.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to obscure their origin, or any other financial crime.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported immediately and are subject to reversal.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bu999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or republish any content, data, or intellectual property from the bu999 platform.

Responsible Gambling Obligations

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make while using bu999. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour requires management. bu999 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of gambling activity conducted by a registered, verified adult player who has accepted these Terms.

Section 07 Account Suspension & Closure

bu999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise dishonest conduct affecting bu999 or its players.
• Provision of false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Account activity that suggests the player is under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider without prior dispute notification to bu999.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bu999 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., you wish to stop gambling), please state this clearly so our team can apply a self-exclusion flag and ensure your account cannot be reopened for the period you specify. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, no marketing communications will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after settlement of any pending bets and deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

Section 08 Limitation of Liability

bu999 provides its platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions, and force majeure events may occasionally affect availability.

Scope of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bu999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits you have made to your bu999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bu999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or loss of data.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to notify bu999 promptly.
• Losses arising from your voluntary decision to gamble, including losses incurred during normal gameplay by a verified adult player.
• Disruptions to third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) that are beyond bu999's reasonable control.
• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during registration, KYC, or transaction processing.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bu999 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and data — is the property of bu999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bu999 content without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bu999's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bu999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
